Why We’re Here

Mike grew up in Houston, Tx and from a young age his father, a serial entrepreneur, instilled within him the dual purpose of building something bigger than himself and helping others. Mike has carried this with him through life and ultimately to Weatherstone.

Before founding Weatherstone Capital Partners, Mike was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in strategy and commercial due diligence. He later led growth at Block Renovation, a venture-backed home renovation startup, leading teams and cross-functional projects across sales, marketing, supply chain, HR and finance. He also founded ParkDay, a direct-to-consumer picnic rental business in New York City, partnering with local social media influencers and expanding service to all Manhattan area parks - all from his kitchen during the pandemic.

Mike holds an MBA from Stanford University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin (hook ‘em).
